Cotton on are ******

Bought a shirt at the cotton on menlyn mall on 31 oct .it was small so i return if and was told that my money will be debit back into my debit account .it has been a month now u am still awaiting my refund been to the shop branch got some assistance from the lady there but seem like som where higher somebody is not willing to refund me even after i submitted my bank statement they still will not pay me back ..what do i do ..
