Cotton Off

I was at cotton on Menlyn when I wanted to try on a couple of bras which I nice young lady helped me pick out, upon getting to the fitting room a girl called Charmaine ignored me and continued with her flat packing, I eventually approached her asking her if there was anyone at the fitting rooms, she went with me to the fitting rooms and just started swearing talking about an asshole of some sort, she didn't check the shopping bag that I had with me and left me to get into the fitting rooms with underwear, so I went back to get other sizes cz the ones I had didnt fit me, when I went back the second time she still ignored me I had to call her, I even asked if she'd been having a long day she kept quiet then she said I couldnt go into the fitting rooms with underwear, I asked her why cz the first time I came in it was ok, she said that it wasn't permitted and started shouting at me asking me who I think I am to get into the fitting rooms with underwear. This was terribly disturbing as I feel I'm a paying customer and should be treated as any other customers would be treated, I don't understand why I was shouted at or spoken to in the manner that she did but if the service in Cotton on menlyn which is one of their flagship stores I believe, if their service is that terrible then I seriously wonder how the rest are.
