Cotton OFF

Do you have minus ratings? I rate Cotton On -10. Bought items from their online shop in May 2020. Logged a returns request on 23 May....I am still waiting for the courier company to collect the poor quality items. Automated responses via email and no one answers the phone, with no feedback re my purchase refund :( :( Worst online shopping experience ever! I will never shop at Cotton On or any of their affiliates again!
