Company doesnt even follow their own standards and policies

This company does not care about its users at all. Numerous times they send broken and damaged items that definitely should not have passed quality checks but they decide to sell it just because it is on sale. I ordered a mug recently and it was sent just like that, no bubble wrap or anything in a box so obviously it came shattered. When I asked them to resend one with better protection they said they would and did not, they sent it in the exact same way. All my boxes look like they've been dragged through hell and back. I've been waiting over a month for them to issue a proper refund for an item I returned and I still have not received it.
