Click and Collect Disaster

I bought an item online and opted to collect at their Access Park Mega Store as it's the closest to my home. I love shopping online since it saves me a lot of time. However when collecting my item I was told I have to wait in a supet long queue. What is the point then? I might as well then go to a store to shop if I need to spend that long in line. To add to disappointment the manager sees me approaching the tills and walks right past me with no acknowledgement. I was completely disappointed in how they treat their customers. Also the process makes completely no sense at all. I hope they review their click and collect process especially the process of collection as it does not serve the customer or the purpose of online shopping.
