Carol at Cotton On Menlyn

I’ve never wanted to support Cotton On in Menlyn as the staff have always been rude and condescending. Had no choice but to go in there today to exchange some items bought from another branch - Carol changed my whole experience! You need to hang onto this lady and find more of her calibre! What a sweetheart!
