Broken promises - failure to collect

I ordered clothing before the nationwide lockdown, and received it once the lockdown was lifted.

I logged a call to return "small" items and two and half months later they keep promising that a driver is coming to collect.

I am disappointed - I live in the Metropolitan area and arranging a driver shouldn't be difficult. TakeALot.Com does it all the time efficiently.
