BODYSHAMED by COTTON ON

Good day

For years I've been the biggest cotton on supporter UNTILL today that I got bodyshamed by one of your employees at the Waterfall Mall Rustenburg store.

All of them in store knows me as I'm a regular customer there. Firstly it took my 2hours to get a swim piece that I liked. I fitted a lot of bikini's and eventually got a swimsuite that I liked. As I walked to the counter to pay for it. I complimented the lady that helped me and told her her heritage day outfit looks stunning. As she rep**** me with the following "Are you pregnant because you gained a lot of weight " firstly I did not know that I gained weight and always had a issue about me body that she just made 1000% môre. It is RUDE and ********* to tell a customer that they gained weight and the irony of it all while I'm purchasing a bikini. Secondly you never call somebody out on looking pregnant because what I they can't get pregnant. I took the bikini and told het she can shuff it up her ass and that she's very rude and that I'm gonna send you a complain about it because it is WRONG. She said sorry after I said that I'll complain. so I told her the damage is done. I did not buy the bikini and walked out of there crying. She messed up my day by body shaming me.

I think that it's very unfair toward me because she broke me down in a second while haha I were giving her a compliment.

I'm VERY unhappy about this. And I think that sorry isn't enough because the damage is permanent. What if I had depression or if it took a lot of confidence for me to actually get to to point to buy a bikini and one of your employees shamed me.
