Beyond pathetic

Their online services are beyond pathetic. I placed a online order and the order failed but the money was still deducted from my card. I have called them numerous times and they keep on telling they did not recieve the payment, I have even gone to my bank and they together with my bank statement proof the payment has gone off. I have now and to do a dispute payment with my bank to get my money back which is costing me a extra R80. Further more they just don't reply at all on emails. I have never ever had such a horrible experience with any online order or company.
