Beware of dirty merchandise and rude stuff more especially if you black they’re very ******

I recently visited the Cotting store on Rosebank Mall and had a disappointing experience. I purchased a white skirt, but unfortunately, I didn't notice that it was dirty until I got home. To make matters worse, I discovered that the skirt was a small size, not extra small as I had thought.

When I returned to the store to exchange the skirt for the correct size, I was told that they couldn't accept the return because the skirt was dirty. I was not wearing the skirt, and I was not aware that it was dirty when I purchased it.

The manager's attitude was unhelpful and rude, which made the experience even more frustrating. I hope that the store will take steps to improve their customer service and quality control.

And they had no name tags on so that I know who was helping me the previous day, what kind of a shop is this no name tags?.
