Bad/poor customer services
To whom it may concern
I’m writting this email to you guys, informing you about a bad experience of my entire life as a customer.
Went to The Glen Cotton on store on Tuesday the 26/12/2017 and I choose 2 bueatiful dresses and left the with your store mananger TK is his name, cell number ********** 686 who I advised him that I’ll be driving back on the 27/12/2017 to pay for them and pick them up and he happily took my numbers and put them aside for me or he was just making a fool out of me.
I drove from protea glen in Soweto to The Glen mall to pick those dresses up on the 27/12/2017 at 16:30pm only to find a very rude young lady Zamo Masondo you told me in my face in her mother tongue”manje ngilwelani” meaning that why e’m I fighting meaning to me she doesn’t understand what is Treating Customers Fairly. To her it didn’t even ring a bell that I have waisted my money on petrol driving back and fourth for someone else’s mistake and she kept on giving me gestures of attitude and she told me in my face that they can’t all be busy for 1 plastic that their own manager did wrong.
I called TK with my own air time and he didn’t even bother to pick up or return my calls so I really wonder is this the type of service we get at Cotton on or was I just disrespected by your staff
I wonder if Cotton on does give their own staff customer service training before they start to work for their so called world class brand to let such individuals like TK and Zamo Masondo to put their name under such disrepute.
Lastly I would like to know if my dresses I ordered for my wife will the be delivered to me.
