Bad service randed by lady who calls herself a manager..... Pathetic

I had an incident with lady who advised they are a manager was shocked at the way she handled her self and the unprofessionalism that she portrayed. She was very aggressive and has advised me not to enter cotton on galleria.... Not sure what right she has in telling me that all because she has a personal vendetta with my sister. If you ask me this is apolilling service I felt violeted as costomer. She went as far as harassing me even after I left the store and went straight to the girl who was at her working station as she is working for the galleria mall also passing nasty comments even threated to beat her and my self up. I don't get how a manager of such a large institution can act so barbaric. If you ask me cotton on top pest level of management will need to do alot of training on leadership s****s. Even if the situation was bad she was meant to handle it professionally and not be rude and aggressive coming out the store screaming at me as a customer. Please have this address accordingly.
