Bad service

I have placed an order over 8 days ago. I haven’t received any message about shipment. This is such an inconvenience, I cannot assume when I should receive my order. On their site they state that they deliver within 2 - 4 working days. I’m so disappointed with their service. Such a big entity cannot handle orders.
