Bad service at Cotton On Sandton City

I was returning socks that I bought for my daughter on the 31st May 2024 at your Sandton City store. The manager her name is KG was called by the Sales Assistant to authorize the return then she started asking me rude questions.

She asked me why im returning the socks at their store while I bought at Cotton on Kids in Sandton City. I gave Cotton On kids sales but when I want a refund I'm taking their (Sandton City) store money.

After they gave me my refund I then proceeded to buy the Cotton On foundation fizzy drink then she proceeded to ask my why I didn't make it one transaction with the exchange.

I found that so rude because they have Cotton On Kids why must i not return those items there? Secondly why is it an issue that I bought the fizzy drink separately?

I am very angry,that was such poor service please hire the right people who want to be in the retail industry and people who love their jobs.
