Bad service at Cotton on.

On Saturday I went to cotton on Menlyn to buy a dress with my daughter and only to find a dress Price tag typed R499.00 and handwritten R250 , when I got to the till they refused to give the dress to us for R 250.we spoke to Beniccah regarding this but she did help on the matter.
