Bad service and products

I would like to lay a complaint. I purchased 2 jerseys at cotton on. I had to exchange the first jersey because it ripped apart after wearing it for an hour. Then I went to Paarl Mall cotton on and exchanged it for a longer jersey not the cropped on as the lady working there told me it is better quality. They didn't give me a receipt for this exhange. I wore this jersey and within a few hours of wearing it the knitwear came loose yet again. I went to Paarl Malls cotton on to return, but I was told I cannot get my money back because I don't have a receipt(this wasn't my fault the previous cashier didn't give me one). Then they told me because the product is marked down I can only exchange it for something worth R200, when I payed R349 for it. Another problem I have is I paid R349 for my other crop jersey and was only refunded R309. Why is this?

The people working there didn't help at all and were arrogant, they said they can't help me and started playing on there phones. Very bad customer service.
