Bad service

Ordered clothes from cotton on online,last week,received an sms that my parcel would be delivered on Monday the 25th of April,I haven’t received anything,both cotton on and their courier service keep changing the dates! I have be inconvenienced and at this point they couldn’t care about me as a consumer who paid for my items! Extremely disappointed at both cotton on and Dawn wing!!!
