Bad service

I went to Gateway cotton on on 09 october 2019 at around 6PM. I wanted to collect my parcel which I bought online. The store was empty but i waited about 7-10 minutes for a manager to get my package. There was actually 0 customers in the store. The manager was very rude when she assisted me . She was an Indian female with long black hair. She opened my box to look at the items. She removed a Harry potter bottle from its packaging anf threw it back into its box, at this point the bottle had made a loud noise as if being dropped as the packaging was on the counter. I actually thought my bottle was cracked and had to inspect it. I am very upset that my goods were handled in this way. I wish I never collected my items from cotton on and rather went to factorie or typo as the staff there are very helpful and courteous.
