bad service

on black friday i went to the website and bought few items and got a confirmation email to say they got my order and has been paid, till to date i have not received my order. when making a follow up im now told that the payment was reversed by my bank. went to the bank and was told the money was rceived by cotton on. now im told to go to the bank to reverse the payment as if i didnt try to do that already.. can i get my money back they can keep their goods.
