Bad Service

I bought shoes at Cotton on in Waterfront with my Capitec card for my niece however, she did not like them and I gave her the receipt to return them and ask to be refunded the money back since she already saw the shoes she liked somewhere else.She then ask her friend to return them for her as there is not cotton on shop closer to where she works,to my surprise she called me to say that Cotton on refused to do the refund as they want the card that the shoes were bought from which I find it strange My niece and I do not stay in the same area which means now I need to go to my niece and get the shoes from her for me to get my refund which probably will take a while since I also do not work closer to where there is a cotton on shop . I am sure there is another way this could be done but they choose to be difficult because they do not want to refund me
