Bad return service for on line shopping at Cotton On!

I bought 2 Mini Vending machines from Cotton On online and both were delivered damaged. I emailed them and was told that they don't do online exchanges and that I must exchange them at a store. There is no Cotton On store where I live (hence the online shopping) so I returned them for a refund. The courier company collect them on 14 Dec 2021 and till today, the 21 Dec, I have not heard anything from Cotton On regarding my return or refund!!! Christmas is 4 days away and I need the money to buy replacements gifts for my grand daughters!!!!. Terrible service from Cotton On!!!!!!
