bad quality product

<p>late last year i bought a puffer jacket (sleeve-less jacket)from Cotton-on Tygervalley store worth R699, this year the zip threads/tracks started falling off every time i zip and unzip my jacket, now its got to the point where i cant where the garment because of the poor quality of the zip. i need this jacket to be replaced or to be refunded.</p>
