Bad Customer Service from store manager

I received bad customer service from a coloured lady who I believe is the store manager at Cotton On Centurion Mall. I had to collect my store card and she gave me excuses when she had to call RCS saying that she's going to hold the line for long and that I should go to another Cotton On, the situation got so bad to a point where she threatened to beat me up. I left the store with no assistance.
