Bad customer service from Cotton On

I had the worst customer experience at Cotton On Mall of the South this afternoon 11/02/2024. The store manager was very rude. She refused to assist me with the items I bought from Manlyn Mall. She even went as far as calling the staff member at Manlyn telling them that she won't do their job for them. She spoke to them in a very rude manner and told me I should go back to Manlyn Mall.
