Bad customer service

Terrible service at the cotton on in the Garden route mall (George) I was there on Saturday asking about an item they had in store- not in my size and the item was not available online. I desperately want this item and left my number for them as they were very busy and couldn't search the system to look for availability a other stores. Went again today, with no one at the till and eventually being paid attention too they still just took my number and no one has contacted me yet.... Really frustrated as I really want this item.
