Bad customer service

I am totally disgusted that I am held hostage by not getting a refund for items at Cotton on woodmead..... The staff are disrespectful and keep pointing out terms on your page... When I called atterbury I was told that is not the policy. I had my slip the tags and everything for the refund... I brought back stuff a day later... And was given a voucher.... I would like my money back please.... For such a huge retail outlet to treat customers with such disrespect is disgusting..... I will not leave this here... This is my hard earned money I was not happy with the purchase and know where on your terms and conditions does it state no refunds on sale items.... Staff forget who put food on their table...it's disgusting
