Bad bad bad bad service

I have placed an order and payed Cotton on.After 2 weeks I went to the shop to ask about my order and they said they haven't received a payment or purchased.I then went up and down to get letter and trying to geld hold of them.I got all the proof saying that money was payed and never refunded.They don't communicate or respond to any of my emails.I tried on multiple different devices to get hold of them and still no reply.This is unacceptable and won't support them.I still don't have my money back after more than a month. This is a stupid and lying company. !!!
