Bad attitude

Fourways Crossing Cotton on staff were very rude this morning. The shop opens at 09h00 but they don't open the doors way after 09h05. When I tried and called their shop, they didn't answer the phone they just stared at me instead. Even knocking on the door didn't help. I had to drive to another branch. Very bad service for a Friday morning.
