Bad attitude

The female shop assistants at Vaal Mall are not professional, they stand in groups and analyze customers and gossip about their appearances, especially female customers. They give customers bad looks like looking at them from their feet upwards. They give customers looks such as if they can't afford the clothes in the shops. I have been to several Cotton On in other malls and the service has always been great, I was happy when it opened near my home, now I'm not so sure anymore
