Bad attitude

So disgusted by the tall lady I forgot her name, she didn’t bother telling me she was done with the payment process. I stood there for some time thinking their cards matchine has network issues, I waited til I had to ask if she’s done , her answer was YES long time and I ask her why she did t tell me. Do they not know how to communicate.
