assistant goes sneaker purchasing while I wait

On Thursday the 2nd of July I spent 20 minutes waiting on the assistant Gilmore at Cotton On Canal Walk to make a copy of my ID as there equipment weren't working and the assistant had to leave the store to make the copy. Well after waiting that long I eventually ask another assistant to call him on his cell as I can no longer wait only to see him waltzing in to the store with an Addidas Bag as he went to the Addidas sale and purchased himself a pair of sneakers all the while I'm waiting in store to get assisted so the I could leave. I spent an hour there with no satisfaction and didn't even get my store card! I've escalated the matter to regional manager who is yet to get back to me. I cannot believe the audacity! This was by far the worst service I have ever received!
