Appalling Service

Its been 2 weeks since i have been waiting for my package. I have sent multiple emails to their contact support and i have not received any feedback, to make matters worse i even contacted Dawn Wing they are just as useless their service is appalling to say the least. I will never order anything online from Cotton On. They need to change their courier service provider and find a way to communicate better with their customers.
