An unsatisfied customer

I'm literally not happy with one of the cashiers at cotton on hemmingways east london . I went there to collect my oder, surprisingly the cashier refused to give me a bag because I had a R5 coin and she wanted me to give her the exact amount of the bag which is R2.50. I had to go around the store asking for change because I needed the bag. Very poor service I must say 🙄
