Amanda :Cotton On Mall of Africa Star Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was at Cotton On, Mall of Africa to exchange my son’s clothes that he had bought with his dad. I didn’t have the slip but they still had price tags. I had left one item at home as it no longer had a price tag even though I would have exchanged it as well. I was assisted by a lady whose name is Amanda. On seeing my son, she remembered him from the last time he came and said she would gladly assist us. I mentioned that we had left a pair of pants at home as they didn’t have a price tag, she said we should bring them and she would exchange them as she could remember him.

It was such a pleasure and relief to be served by her. If everyone in customer service would be like her, it would always be a pleasure to go shopping. I’d like to acknowledge and thank Amanda for her excellent work.
