Account cancellation

Good day peter,

I have requested cotton on to close my account on the 31 st of July 2017and I got a reply stating that I should pay settle the account in order for the account to be closed and I did settle the Account but the account was not close in August 15 2017 I got a statement stating that I owe 100 rands I payed it again and requested that they close the account and from then I never got any response from them but every single month I get account statements and the query number I got when I requested for the account to be closed was AD218830
