Acces park COTTON ON stole my money

I was paying for my goods using the card machine when the transaction was unsuccessful according to them though as my money was gone from my account ad it happened not only to me but another white couple and for some reason they seemed to be getting more attention then myself as I was dismissed and told to go and sort the problem with my bank and they took my clothes I purchased when I told I want to phone my bank they said we've been trying and their not picking up so they said please leave you'll this out with your bank I left the couple with the manager desperately trying to sort their situation and when I got home and phoned my bank they told me I don't owe them anything they got my money and I wont get it back. so because I'm black I was dismissed and my money ******.
