6 months Interest-free - *******

I have a 6 month interest free account. My monthly installment is via debit order which goes off every month without fail. But every month I get my statement, I have been charged interest. It's impossible to contact them telephonically to complain. I WILL BE CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT
