!!!!!!

I find it really hard as a customer not getting feedback from this team after i had called headoffice with regards to my query and was advised 2 working days after i had sent an email to head office that they would come back with a reply and be able to assist me, i am now waiting 6 working days with only an automated response and no customer service at all!!!!
