Was service ever. Night Club volume music and a retail store. I will never stet foot in Cotton on body in Centurion Mall

I went into Cotton On Body in Centurion Mall today looking for a couple of items. Firstly the shop assistant did was not helpful at all, I was the only customer in the shop and she did now walk toward me to assist me. The music in the shop was unbearable, I asked her to please turn it town, she went to the back of the shop and returned a few seconds later, but the music was still the same volume, I asked her to turn in down please as I am getting anxiety from the super loud music. She blatantly refused. I just walked out and said that I will NEVER shop at Cotton on Today again. It is so unprofessional of her not to assist me and to refuse to put the music softer. She said that it's Cotton On Body's policy to play loud music. Seems like Cotton on should rather focus themselves in the night club industry of they can not play music that is at an executable volume for a retail shop.
