HORRIBLE, NIGHTMARE OF A GUESTHOUSE/ OWNER OF GUESTHOUSE

On the day I was supposed to book in, I was informed that I had to move to a smaller room, the owner of this guesthouse ensured me that I would get half of my money back because of this inconvenience, but I could choose any of his "other" guesthouses or a smaller room, I chose the smaller room as I didn't want to switch my plans around totally. Its been a week and a half now and I haven't received half of my money back yet, his reason for this is that I made the choice of the smaller room and that there is only an amount of R200 he owes me and not Half of the money which according to me was R750 and we agreed upon this during a phonecall on the day he informed me of my room not being available anymore..

He **** about me getting half of my money back and blamed me and said I made that choice, I gave him a bad review on booking.com and he is now being completely rude saying that I can write the money he owes me on my stomach as he won't be paying back my money because I gave him a bad review. This guesthouse is dirty, I got bed bugs and had to go to the emergency room for a Allergy shot as the bug bites caused an allergic reaction. Everything he advertised on booking.com is false.

He is rude and his place is disgusting.
