False advertising for guest house in Pretoria

Cottage guest house in Pretoria 9A Limonite Street, Elarduspark. Is not as it seems. Owner and family live in the house and you are expected to share facilities with the family living there. They were not upfront with us about this and we were a group of 6 adults who arrived from Cape Town. Very let down and had to find alternative accommodation for 4 days. No response from owner. a direct message was also sent to him - no respone - my message to owner - Dear Lyle. Lisa here from Cape Town. I wish to express how very disappointed I was on arrival to your guest house. You did not give us correct information when we spoke to you. We arrived to attend my son's wedding and the weekend was almost ruined because of your false advertising. We were not informed that you and your family live on the property and that the braai and pool were to be comunial areas. That the pool braai and outside table were outside your lounge doors and that there were other guests and your wife was having a function on the Saturday morning. I am asking you to do the right thing and refund our payment. I have been in touch with booking. Com and other sites you advertise on and been advised that I can comment on these sites with our story. I would prefer not to do so but I feel so disappointed in your Advert that I feel that other people should know the truth. Also apparently you were very rude to my friend and her daughter when questioned as to why we were mislead. I look forward to your comments. I have been in touch with my credit card supplier and have been advised to log a dispute if you do not agree to refund us.
