Poor Food Quality

I sent a complaint on Monday with Mr D whom I ordered with on Saturday already and all I got was a R50 voucher which I find unacceptable . I always purchase food from you guys.However the food I ordered over the weekend over the weekend was absolutely appalling, it seems to me like the quality was compromised due to maybe the quantity of orders which shouldnt be the case especially if a business is as reputable as you are. I have taken photos of the food. I ordered 2 toasted sandwiches they were both not toasted and cold when it arrived. However I didn't bring it back or call as I should have as we were hungry.i do however feel that this is of poor quality and not what you guys are use to. I waited till Mr D emailed me for feedback. I think it's unacceptable that till now nobody has made contact with me.
