Disappointed

Customer service at cosy corner the Wynberg Branch very bad. I arrived at 11:45. Came into the store staff does not greet or acknowledged me and appeared very irritatEd. I wanted a table to have our meal as I was with 4 others. We were told the shop closes at 12.30. While the other people were seated and awaiting there meals. The website says 2 am which is very misleading. Staff need to be more friendly. Very disappointing we had visitors from overseas. Shaameem front of store which took our order needs to learn customer service and had a huge attitude I felt as if I was a huge burden to him . I hope the management sees the reviews and does something about the situation. When I arrived at home and to my surprise we had not received what was ordered and promised. Was extremely disappointed.
