Cosy Africa Bush-cabin Retreat, Hoedspruit

<p>We booked a 2 night stay at Cosy Africa Bush-cabin Retreat in Hoedspruit through Safarinow.com. On the 5 June 2017 we received our booking conformation for the 15 to 17 June 2017 with f ull payment received.</p> <p>While on holiday the 14 June 2017 at 12H45 in Marloth Park we received a call from Safarinow to let as know our booking for the next day has been cancelled by Cosy Africa Bush-cabin Retreat due to a double booking. Really, a day before arrival? We received an email from Angela Beney , ********** 495, ********** cofirming and thanking us for our booking through Safarinow.com.</p> <p>Bad bad bad service from Cosy Africa Bush-cabin Retreat. Will not recomend them to any one.</p> <p>VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
