Angela is very rude to say the least

I made a booking via airbnb and payment of R813 at an apartment at the blyde in pretoria and the host Angela later told me that there was an issue with the estate laws, and therefore I should cancel. Instead of receiving a refund of R813, I was paid R350. When I enquired with her, not only was she rude but she failed to help me investigate why I only received a partial payment. She has been giving me unending stories, with no empathy and respect. She had the nerve to say "just be patient, you will get your money". Angela this is NOT how you run a business.. work on your attitude. I regret why I made a booking on her apartment
