Shocking

<p>The staff are unhelpful and not forthcoming at all. I had to literally demand some help, and there were 5 ladies at the desk, all very busy with "something". Not one looked up or offered assistance. The only smile I got was when I paid. Standard of service is shocking. The costumes are tatty and the prices are exhorbitant. If I could have, I would have returned everything the next day and asked for my money back. I will definitely not be using them again</p>
