FALSE ADVERTISING AND INFORMATION

I rented two costumes at the costume castle in willows and was under the impression that there will be a refund as per their false advertising on their website and only to find out that they no longer refund but they do not tell you this when you rent the costume, you are only told when returning their costumes.. below is their false advertising/information

Costume Rentals

Full costumes (including all relevant accessories) are charged per week. Accessories (without any clothing) are charged per day. ***There is a CASH deposit of R100 per costume (refundable on return). Costumes can be booked 10 days before the return date at no extra cost. Proof of identity is required, so please bring your ID, passport or driver’s license Our office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 2pm on Saturdays, we are closed on Sundays.
