DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER

Despite their website claiming to open 7 days a week the Kensington Square store was closed. Several contact numbers were displayed but non of the holders responded to several calls. After several desperate attempts the "chat" option was used with an automated response as a comeback. Today Monday I get a response informing me the store is open, obviously I no longer need their services as the function took place on Sunday. Their advertising is false and cost me unnecessary fuel expenses as well as trauma. I strongly suggest their website be updated so another unsuspecting desperate individual like myself does not go through the same undesired experience. Telephones were invented for a reason, retail isn't what it once was.
