Disorganized and pretentious (Costa Diadema)

A lot has changed with this cruise line. They are very disorganized and unprofessional with **** personalities especially the Cruise Director and his assistant that is on the Costa Diadema now. They must be new. The vibe was very negative and unwelcoming to be honest.
