11 months and 100s of communications late

On 04 September 2014 I bought a red combat jacket from Cost Kit and have never received it. (Pay Pal Unique Transaction ID #***X541834B) I have sent a number of messages and made attempts to telephone with no response. <br> <br> I am surprised that some people got wrong items etc, I had come to a thought that the site is a ****. It brings hope. I have emailed various platforms without any response. I suppose the distance between customer and supplier makes it easy to just ignore complaints. However this decreases international relations and trade.<br> <br> Cost Kit, would you please track my parcel and have it delivered to me. Otherwise give me an alternative item if you are out of stock.
